This is by no means the end of this. Congress will appeal the decision and there will be a stay (restraining order) of this action untill things are sorted out. A federal court will supersede this state judges ruling, look for that to happen shortly.
LATEST:Hearing: "House leadership says members need to stand by this weekend because they might get called in for votes Monday or Tuesday. Only reasonable deduction is that they think they can work something out, which would probably mean taking the Senate bill or something quite similar."
Update: George Felos came across in his press conference as a bonafide snake. After reading this excerpt from his book, one would be compelled to classify him as a real nutburger as well.
