Judge"Dredd"Greer denies DCF/State petition.
Update: Whittemore to recieve appeal by 3:00 Eastern
Net scuttlebutt is Whittemore could grant some sort of restraining order on other grounds, unlikely. It is unclear at this point what exactly is happening because the logical next step after Greer would have been the state appellate court. Whittemore hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM Eastern ........stay tuned
